I moved to Peabody to be near family. Terrace Estates is the only apartment complex I looked at. Management and staff plan various things for the residents like having a raffle for a free Thanksgiving turkey; having a pizza and ice cream party in July, etc.
I highly recommend anyone to join the family of Terrace Estates. When people come to live at Terrace Estates they don’t leave. A few of my neighbors in my building have lived at Terrace Estates for 30 or more years. That is an excellent recommendation in itself.”
