“I have been a resident at Terrace Estates since 1984 when I moved here with my parents when I graduated college. When I got married in 1988, my husband and I took an apartment here as well. The location is perfect, it is right off Route 128 with easy access to Route 114 so commuting to work or anywhere is very convenient. I moved out in 1995 and was not pleased with where I had relocated to. I chose to move back to Terrace Estates based on the impeccable management staff and how well the property is run here.
At Terrace Estates the management staff is very friendly. The office employees have been here for quite some time and are extremely knowledgeable so they are very helpful anytime you have to call for assistance. The onsite maintenance staff is top notch. Any time we have had to call for a repair, they have responded immediately. I have heard horror stories about other apartment complexes making their tenants wait 3-4 days before a repair is addressed. NOT here… the maintenance team is on site (and have weekend hours as well) so you never have to wait long for someone to respond to your needs. The landscaping is beautiful and up-to-date. People that live here are very nice and most people have been living here for many years. Some tenants have developed lifetime friendships with neighbors (such as myself). Whether you are raising young children or need a nice place to retire to, Terrace Estates can take care of all your needs.”
