“I have the good fortune of being a resident at Terrace Estates. The one-bedroom Fairfield style apartment is perfect for my needs. It is street level with a porch. Mary in your office kept my name on file for just this type of unit and called me in advance last year to say she would have a vacancy. Everyone in the management office is efficient and courteous. They are never too busy to either address my question right away or soon after with a phone call.
If anyone is in the market for a new apartment or downsizing from selling their home, I highly recommend that you stop here first and see the many choices that are open to you. By the way, being right by North Shore Mall and Route 128 is a definite added plus.”
