“Most people only take the time to write about their bad experiences but I am not one of those people. I am taking this opportunity to share my thoughts about living at Terrace Estates, a place I have called home for twenty-two years. I want to inform you of the outstanding staff and management you have in place. Kevin and his office staff have always been professional, courteous and friendly anytime a situation has developed.
During the winter months, the roads are plowed and the sidewalks are cleaned in a timely manner. In the spring and summer months, the landscaping is exceptional with beautiful flowers, neatly trimmed bushes and well-cut lawns. Any time there is a situation concerning maintenance within my apartment, the maintenance staff has always been up for the task. I would also like to commend Kevin on the laundry room, fitness center, and rubbish disposal system.
Finally, I would like to express my appreciation to Kevin and his entire staff for trying to make Terrace Estates a family living community.”
