Kevin’s career with Brickpoint Properties began in 1994 in the maintenance department. Today, as Property Manager, his mission is to provide residents with a high quality living experience at Terrace Estates.
Anderson brings several years of experience to the company and is head of the maintenance division at Terrace Estates and Terrace Gardens. Anderson looks forward to helping residents with any problems that occur.
Since 1998, Linda is one of the most familiar faces at Terrace Estates. She keeps our day-to-day operations running and has a hand in making sure the overall efficiency of our management office is kept at a high standard.
Sharon joined our team at Terrace Estates in 2008. Her main responsibilities revolve around getting and keeping our units filled. Her outgoing and friendly personality is an asset to our leasing office.
Sue joined our team at Terrace Estates in 2011 and helps out in our office on Saturdays renting apartments. Sue has many years of experience and her great sense of humor carries over to our future residents.
Daniel brings 15+ years of landscaping experience to our property. His top priority is keeping our 35+ acres well-maintained and lends a hand at our other properties. He also takes part in running snow removal operations during winter storms.
Miquel brings many years of landscaping experience to our properties. He works hard to beautify and maintain our 35+ acres at Terrace Estates and Terrace Gardens and our other Brickpoint Properties. He also takes part in running snow removal operations during winter storms.
George began working at Terrace Estates in 2004 as part of our grounds crew. In 2007, George filled an open position on our maintenance staff and became a vital part of the team working on getting our vacant apartments ready for rental.
Bill joined us in December of 2016. Bill brings all kinds of experience from maintenance to mechanical work. Billy is known as the guy who can fix just about anything.
Jim has been with our company for over 24 years. His main area of responsibility is to see that our vacant units are ready for move-in. In winter months, Jim’s dedication, even in the wee hours of the morning, makes it possible for residents to get moving after a storm.
Ray is a very familiar face to all our residents. His main focus is handling our daily maintenance requests. He takes pride in prompt service and solving maintenance problems. He always strives for resident satisfaction and providing excellent service.
Artie joined the maintenance staff in 2016 helping with daily maintenance requests. He has expanded his experience assisting with the renovation process of our units at Terrace Estates and Terrace Gardens.
Peter joined Terrace Estates upon our acquisition of Terrace Gardens. Pete has been with Brickpoint Properties for many years and is highly experienced, previously working in the maintenance division in Stoneham. He strives to keep our tenants happy and satisfied with their service requests.
Roberto started in December of 2018 to help out our busy maintenance staff. Roberto comes in with several years of experience renovating units and solving day to day repairs.
Rick is our in-house Master Plumber with over 25 years of experience in the field. He provides services at Terrace Estates as well as other Brickpoint properties. In the short time he’s been with us, Rick has developed a good knowledge of our properties plumbing systems.
Tony has been with our company for 22 years and is our in-house mason. Tony works mainly at our Peabody site but travels to our other locations helping with their masonry projects.
