“I have the good fortune of being a resident at Terrace Estates. The one-bedroom Fairfield style apartment is perfect for my needs. It is street level with a porch. Mary in your office kept my name on file for just this type of unit and called me in advance last year to say she would have a vacancy. Everyone in the management office is efficient and courteous. They are never too busy to either address my question right away or soon after with a phone call.
If anyone is in the market for a new apartment or downsizing from selling their home, I highly recommend that you stop here first and see the many choices that are open to you. By the way, being right by North Shore Mall and Route 128 is a definite added plus.”
“I have been a resident at Terrace Estates since 1984 when I moved here with my parents when I graduated college. When I got married in 1988, my husband and I took an apartment here as well. The location is perfect, it is right off Route 128 with easy access to Route 114 so commuting to work or anywhere is very convenient. I moved out in 1995 and was not pleased with where I had relocated to. I chose to move back to Terrace Estates based on the impeccable management staff and how well the property is run here.
At Terrace Estates the management staff is very friendly. The office employees have been here for quite some time and are extremely knowledgeable so they are very helpful anytime you have to call for assistance. The onsite maintenance staff is top notch. Any time we have had to call for a repair, they have responded immediately. I have heard horror stories about other apartment complexes making their tenants wait 3-4 days before a repair is addressed. NOT here… the maintenance team is on site (and have weekend hours as well) so you never have to wait long for someone to respond to your needs. The landscaping is beautiful and up-to-date. People that live here are very nice and most people have been living here for many years. Some tenants have developed lifetime friendships with neighbors (such as myself). Whether you are raising young children or need a nice place to retire to, Terrace Estates can take care of all your needs.”
“I have been a satisfied resident of Terrace Estates for the last five years. I moved from Metro West after my husband passed. My husband and I lived in our apartment in Metro West for 36 years. I moved to Peabody to be near family. Terrace Estates is the only apartment complex I looked at. It was an excellent location, reasonable rent, beautiful grounds, etc. I knew it would be a good fit for me.
Terrace Estates proved to be a good fit for me. I truly enjoy living at Terrace Estates. I feel like the Management and staff is like family. They are always there to respond to my needs with a smile.
Management and staff plan various things for the residents like having a raffle for a free Thanksgiving turkey; having a pizza and ice cream party in July, etc.
I highly recommend anyone to join the family of Terrace Estates. When people come to live at Terrace Estates they don’t leave. A few of my neighbors in my building have lived at Terrace Estates for 30 or more years. That is an excellent recommendation in itself.”

I am taking this opportunity to share my thoughts about living at Terrace Estates, a place I have called home for twenty-two years. I want to inform you of the outstanding staff and management you have in place. Kevin and his office staff have always been professional, courteous and friendly anytime a situation has developed.
During the winter months, the roads are plowed and the sidewalks are cleaned in a timely manner. In the spring and summer months, the landscaping is exceptional with beautiful flowers, neatly trimmed bushes and well-cut lawns. Any time there is a situation concerning maintenance within my apartment, the maintenance staff has always been up for the task. I would also like to commend Kevin on the laundry room, fitness center, and rubbish disposal system.

My two-bedroom apartment at Terrace Estates was completely modernized with a modern kitchen full of appliances, a new bathroom and washer/dryer.

“I have been living at Terrace Estates for over 30 years. I moved here as a single parent with a young son. I was fortunate enough to be able to rent a townhouse that made us feel as if we had our own house. Over the years my son and I made lifelong friends and some of his friend’s parents still live here also.
I’ve always felt safe living here and in the early years that was very important to me with a young child. The office staff has made many changes but everyone passes on the same quality of help and positive attitude. The maintenance crew keeps our lawns looking great in summer and or roads and sidewalks cleared in winter.
